“Passion meets Tranquility”

Our stay at Agriturismo I Moricci was perfect. Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, the property offers breathtaking views and serene surroundings where mainly wine and olives are grown. Our host Maria was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with our needs or to give local tips. Agriturismo I Moricci is ideal for relaxing after day trips to nearby towns like Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa. Our apartment was quiet, spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with rustic charm and modern comfort combined. The high ceilings and the completely closable shutters perfectly prevent the heat of the day from entering the rooms – we had up to 42° C outside. So no wonder that the pool area is a highlight — clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It offers good swimming (everywhere about 1,20 m deep, with shallow steps for easy entry), enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests – pets are not allowed inside the fenced pool area. In front of our apartment we had a private outside seating area, perfect to dry the swimming gear or to have a meal. Additionally there are many seating areas scattered around the garden and building, each with its own charm and character. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric kettle, etc.), but we could also use a shared kitchen. In nearby Fabricca you have only a few options for eating out – it’s a nice 20 minutes’ walk. For more options you definitely need a car, although there is a public bus connection from Peccioli to Fabricca (about every hour during day). One of the memorable moments was the wine tasting organized by Maria. We had the chance to sample her excellent local wines and regional delicacies, all while learning about the traditions and flavors of the area. If you're looking for a place to unwind, taste local specialties, and enjoy genuine hospitality, Agriturismo I Moricci is a perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and would always recommend it.

Best time ever. Beautiful estate with amaizing views. We had great time walking around and visiting closeby villiges. The house has an amaizing history and has a lot of soul. The vine and olive Oil produced by the owner is excelent. Looking forward to commong back here in the future.

Very friendly, homely vibe, tranquility, very close to the Bocelli concert but also a good location to explore. The owner was lovely and brought all the guests together so it felt homely. Pool area is lovely and felt very safe

We loved the recommendations received from the host for things to do in the area. This helped us make the most of our stay. We ate at very good, well priced, restaurants and saw all the good spots in the area.

“A perfect place for a relaxing Vacation”

The surroundings are very beautiful, this is the main thing why you should come here, and this house is perfectly located. and you can still get by car everywhere you need, we really recommend to visit a Bocelli restaurant, just 8 min from there. But in general, pay attention, that everything is open till 14 30, then you wait till 19 00 to eat somewhere. It was clean in the room and bathroom, inside the house its not hot, but cold, we asked Maria for an extra blanket. In general you can ask her about anything, and she will get you what you need. We didnt have a kitchen in our room, but we could use the common kitchen, there is a fridge and a cooker, plates etc. Our room was just the best, with a terrace, so we mostly were spending time there, in the room was a bit dark and chilly, but we slept veeryy well The swimming pool was cleaned every day. We had a kettle in our room, that was important for us I think this is a place where you can find inner peace, and not a place for parties. We really enjoyed our stay!

If you’d like to relax and have a real tuscan countryside experience this is ideal for you! The apartment was spacious and has a real cozy and Authentic atmosphere and the garden and pool Area and the pool was fantastic, clean saltwater every morning:) Maria is a most pleasant and welcoming host, we felt at Home and will be back - I hope!

Beautiful location, clean and well maintained accomodation. Maria is a fantastic warm and welcoming host, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Tuscany and sample some outstanding wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Maria herself. Pool is great and is cleaned daily, parking is ample, its a great place to relax and enjoy stunning views. We cant recommend highly enough.
