The house of 200 m2 contains everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people, and a fenced garden of 500 m2 with a swimming pool provides peace and maximum privacy. The ideal position in the center of Istria allows you to plan additional contents, from cultural and artistic, sports, historical to gastro tourism, because all known locations are 2 - 40 km away. And if you want to expand your horizons, the place is ideal for planning day trips to more distant places such as Poreč, Pula, Rovinj or Umag. Villa Patrick-Luxury stone house in the center of Istria can accommodate up to 8 people, and offers you maximum comfort. There are four comfortable bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms - each room has its own air conditioning and satellite TV; common living room with fireplace and satellite TV, shared bathroom, large kitchen with all modern appliances and open dining area for 8 people. The outdoor area features a terrace with a swimming pool, two seating areas, a BBQ, a children’s playground, a garden and a covered car park for 4 cars. Wi-fi is free.

Perfect for a group of eight, it’s both spacious and intimate: with quiet corners for peaceful reflection and vibrant shared spaces where laughter echoes. Every detail speaks of the love, tradition, and care the owners’ family has invested in it. Their hospitality is heartfelt. From the moment you arrive, you feel not like a guest, but like part of a story they’ve been writing for generations. We recommend this villa to anyone who knows how to savour good company, beautiful surroundings, and the kind of atmosphere that lingers long after you’ve left.

“Lovely stay”
As a family, we have really enjoyed our vacation stay in Villa Patrick. The house was clean, spacious and offered everything and more we could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Outdoor area is spacious as well and has a lovely pool and bbq spot. The house was air conditioned and overall very cool which was great given the very hot weather we have had during our vacation. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and made it possible for us to check in and check out as we needed which made our trip so much easier. Thanks again for lovely stay, warm welcome and help with navigation back home! :)
