The stay at Mutlu bungalov was above expectation. The owner was most helpful, when we first contacted him, he offered a free ride from/to airport or the highlands, on the day of arrival he asked if are hungry and would take us to buy groceries, he also mentioned if it gets chilly at night, to change the aircond mode to heater.

A stunning view of the sunset and the airport. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive — they thoughtfully prepared dinner for us and arranged smooth transfers to and from the airport. We truly felt cared for.

Owner is very good, kind and polite person! He met us at the airport and took us back to the time of our flight. The apartment is very cozy and stylish with perfect romantic view. Owner also ordered a late dinner for us from one of restaurants nearby. The price for everything was decent. We will definitely come again.

“Amazing place with friendly owner.”

The friendliest owner I have ever met, drove us to the town if we needed anything and spoke good english. We came without a car so that was very helpful. In the first place I was a bit hesitant with booking this place because of the airport being so close. It was an amazing view and even with the window open it did not disturb us at night. There is only a few flights per day so perfect for your rest. The room had everything we needed for our three night stay, kitchen and bathroom were brand new and very clean.

Very nice & mostly quiet place, nice furnished bungalovs, situated between tea fields, with nice view of the airport & sea. Very kind and nice owner, also English speaking. Free transport from/to the airport or Pazar city.

The apartments are large, fully consistent with the photo. The owner is the most positive person we have ever rented an apartment in. Helped with everything, explained everything. If we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.
