We were given clear instructions to access the keys via a lock box, Judy ( the friendly host) had met us at the front to say hello and for a friendly chat. The grounds is absolutely beautiful, Graeme & Judy did such a great job on their house and premises. It's so tranquil as you get front prime access to the lake walking tracks. We stayed in " The point" room which overlooks the lakes, Sunsets and Sunrise are magnificent! The Point is like its own self contained apartment upstairs from Judy and Graeme residence. Their house was separated by stained glass sliding locked door. My dog loved it cos he can look & bark at the residence dog through the glass. Although it sounds like close proximity, we had our own entrance and so much privacy. Judy went out of the way to make a reservation for us at the local pub cos they were not picking up their phone. Great breakfast provision, remember, this is a b&b ( no kitchen stove ) but there is a bbq outside. I will highly recommended Judy place and return. Thank you for hosting us.

This is an award winning house with quality fittings and fixtures throughout. The views were superb. The Hosts were accommodating of guests needs. Car parking was on site. Our dogs had a wonderfull holiday with us.

The breakfast was a generous continental breakfast with quality cereal, yoghurt, sourdough bread and a selection of jams. A coffee machine was provided with a large variety of coffee pods.

The location was beautiful. Set in gorgeous gardens the apartment overlooked the water. All the linens were first class and breakfast supplies were topped up without question. Judy was a very pleasant and helpful hostess.
