Great location in the Pavlodar city center, nearby there are restaurants, cafes and riverside. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments are spacious and well equipped.

The washing machines in the rooms creates troubles to the guest when someone is using in the night, and it was in my case. It disturbed me and prevented to sleep at 1 a.m.
