“Lovely shared apartment in great location.”

The apartment is located close to historic centre and is good value for money. The room is comfortable and very clean and there is a lovely big terrace to sit on. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful.

Was provided with complimentary pack for breakfast in the room for one day. Nice big room with shared living room/fully contained kitchen/washing machine.

“Wonderful week-end stay!”

Truly a wonderful appartment, very well kept, functional and decorated with taste. The rooms are spacious, and there are all the appliances and tools/cutlery we needed! It is ideally situated, super close to the town center, and in a rather calm area. We really appreciated the little breakfast as well :) Chiara is a very kind and attentive host!

The space was nice, however is a shared apparment and is not discribed as such. I had a bell ringing in the middle of the night from the guests on the other room unable to get in... a very unpleasant surprise.

Very cosy and comfortable flat in which you feel rapidly welcome, offering all you need. The check-in is easy and fast. Centrally located, all in walking distance. Also easy and safe parking on the street right in front of the site. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and charming. Chiara is very helpful and sympathetic, responding fast to any questions. All in all a very recommendable stay-over. Thanks Chiara.

“Lovely bright very clean apartment !”

The owner is lovely and very accommodating - she let me check in a bit earlier which was very helpful as I needed to get ready for a meeting. The apartment is very clean, bright with a beautiful balcony! There is a kitchen with everything one may need and also the bathroom is clean and modern.

Incredibly cosy apartment! Furnished with great taste. Everything is in excellent condition. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The terrace deserves special praise. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city is priceless! The location is great- quiet area and 10 minutes to the centre. Everything is close by. The owner Chiara was very helpful, always in touch and kindly advised on all matters. We were absolutely delighted.

There are two rooms that are being rented out in the apartment and that share the kitchen and entrance which wasnt quite clear to me from the description.

“The best choice for stay at Pavia!”

The apartment was just wonderful and beautifully furnished. It is modern apartment with 2 rooms (we stayed at one of them) and good equipped shared kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine). There is also a terrace with table and chairs for lovely outside breakfast or reading. The other advantage of the accommodation is its location, just a few minutes from the city centre and 10-15 minutes from a train station. The host Chiara was nice and react quickly. It was definitely the best choice for our stay!

The property is located near the centre in a leafy, pleasant environment. They room is delightful and spotlessly clean. It has the added attraction of a spacious and restful balcony. The host was helpful and a good communicator.
