Overview

“Excellent hotel, well placed and secure parking”
Room was excellent, very comfy bed and had all amenities. Bathroom clean with very good shower, location perfect for walk into Pau centre. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful and secure parking was very good.

“Shocking customer service, no compation”
I was travelling with a mail friend and my accommodation was changed from a twin to a double bed (which in fact it was smaller than a double with one side pushed against a wall ) I asked nicely to either 1 could I swap to a twin 2 pay for additional room 3 or a refund (which I’d paid for free cancellation) All 3 was refused so I left the hotel with in 15 minutes of arriving

Good room with facilities, modern design, bathroom included. The hotel is very close to the center, shops.

The hotel is in an excellent position! The bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok. The staff at the reception was really great and helpful.
