“Disgusted by cancellation”
They cancelled our booking without notification and we only knew when we arrived at 11pm at night and had nowhere to stay after having flown for over 30 hours.

“Bad visit to Pau.”
The toilet had brown stains, the shower tray had black mould, very unclean, has to be the worst place we have ever stayed breakfast also very poor, I wish I had taken photos.
