Overview
Posada Yolihuani is housed in a colonial-style building with 3 gardens, located in Pátzcuaro’s historic centre. It offers free WiFi in all areas. All rooms feature Mexican-style decorations and Talavera tiles in the bathrooms. They can either offer views of the property's patio or great views of the property’s garden. Guests will be able to find several restaurants surrounding the Plaza Vasco de Quiroga Square, 600 metres from Posada Yolihuani. “After one night at Posada Yolihuani, I wanted to stay for a month!”
The property is beautiful & tranquil, with unique artistic touches to the decor. My friends and I loved our high-ceiling bedrooms, with comfortable beds & excellent pillows. And the rainfall shower was incredible. With prepared breakfast & fresh pastries, Balam and Violeta took very good care of us; while their creative, thoughtful advice on visiting the local region greatly enhanced our trip. Really, it was a wonderful 3 nights, and I can't wait to return to Patzcuaro for another stay.

“Super”
I stayed a couple of nights in a hotel right on the main plaza but Posada Yolihuani was a much better value. I upgraded to the corner room on 2nd floor, which was spacious and comfortable, and had a skylight.

“Just what we needed, clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly”
We actually stayed on the 29. I was having stomach problems, Faviola kindly offered to bring me a tea that was the perfect medicine. All the staff was friendly, we will definitely stay there again

“Tranquility in Central Pátzcuaro”
The location is great as it's within walking distance of the centre but far enough that there's peace and quiet. The breakfast is very tasty and the garden where guests eat is tranquil.

“Lovely place but poor WIFI.”
Breakfast was great. Good coffee 2 out of 3 mornings. Nice options like the pastry, fruit and main dish. Lovely garden and interior courtyard. Very helpful staff.

The whole atmosphere of this Posada is about gracious relaxation. The building itself is a wonderful showing of local architecture. Lovely garden and pond areas. Well thought through touches of lovely local crafts. The breakfast is tasty and nutritious, served with a smile.

“Highly Recommended”
Super friendly staff. Beautiful gardens. Breakfast was wonderful on a terrace just outside our room Highly recommended. Shower was high pressure & hot water abundant.

“Beautiful property in Pátzcuaro”
Breakfast is great! Fresh fruit with yogurt, pastries, eggs, and lots of coffee. Everyone is very friendly and the property is beautiful, with an inside garden. The location is very good, as well. A 5 minute walk to the main plaza.

“We were delighted and appreciative of all the details about Posada Yolihuani. We will stay again!”
We were served a delicious breakfast starting with coffee and hot milk and Mexican pastries. Followed by fruit of the season and yogurt. Included fresh juice followed by a hot dish of chilaquiles or a simple cheesy omelet topped with spinach sauce.

“Lovely premises, great coffee, walking distance to everything you want, peace and quiet at night.”
The man who owns it was charming. Likewise, his nephew and male caretaker both of whom were very helpful. Great coffee. Lovely premises. Far enough away from Centro for a peaceful night but close enough for easy walking access.

“Perfectly refreshing place to stay!”
Room was beautifully decorated. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the garden is stunning. Breakfast was really nice
