Overview
Hotel Pueblo Mágico is a colonial hotel located in the historic centre of Patzcuaro, Michoacán, 10 minutes’ drive from Patzcuaro Lake. Pueblo Mágico features a beautiful interior garden with archways and a fountain. Rooms are set around this garden, featuring Mexican wooden furniture, tiled floors and exposed beams. Each comes with a cable TV and a private bathroom. Inside the hotel there is a communal lounge with sofas and fireplace. The restaurant is located next to the garden and serves regional cuisine. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are offered at Hotel Pueblo Mágico. Staff can provide tourist information, as well as organize hot-air balloon flights and other activities. Uruapan Airport is 50 minutes’ drive, and transportation can be arranged at an extra cost. Zirahuén Lake is 25 km away. Morelia is 45 minutes’ drive away.

The bedding and comfort of the bed and pillows were fabulous. Coffee, water and cookies were always available. The location to the main plaza was about two and half blocks. Which was fine for us because we like to walk.

“Pleasant, quiet, clean, a couple of blocks off the main plaza—but Wi-Fi was a bit of a problem.”
The gardens in the hotel courtyard are beautiful and well cared for, and the little coffee/tea table is a nice touch.

“very beautiful like the village which is in”
The hotel is more beautiful than in the pictures, everything is perfect. The rooms are beautiful in the same way, a huge bed, very comfortable, and a big shower as well.

“Beyond my expectations”
This hotel was incredible in many ways. The outside does not give the true sense of how amazing of a place this was from the inside. Starting with an amazing foyer to the main garden where the rooms are around to the beautiful furnishings and overall room. Only wish there was a ceiling fan to circulate the air in the room.

Beautiful hotel with lots of intricate decorations, greenery and paintings. The rooms were also very well-designed, the bed was very comfortable, and overall everything was very clean. The hotel has ample private parking as well.

“This hotel was perfect”
Excellent location, 2 blocks to the main square and 3 blocks from the 2nd square which is where you catch the collectivo’s. Restaurant’s are all right there. It couldn’t have been better. At the end of the day the Hotel was a beautiful place the retreat to and catch a few quiet restive moments before going out for the evening. We parked the car in the hotel parking area and walked or caught a collectivo’s to where ever we went, in town sights, the lake, Quiroga, Ihuatzia, Tzintzuntzan. Simply awesome!

Cute charming hotel. Gives you the charm of the city and is located 2 blocks away from downtown which makes it a great location. Small hotel that gives you enough privacy to truly feel peaceful.
