“Absolutely incredible”
Our stay with David was such a highlight of our trip. We had a particularly difficult time getting to Patzcuaro due to our airline. David went above and beyond, with support & suggestions, catering to our needs with a natural willingness. This included making homemade cakes, breads, pastries, freshly squeezed juice & more to make us as comfortable as possible. To add to this, his house is absolutely incredible, with a garden & stunning water feature.David’s attention to detail, love and care is evident thought his home. He is a master in creating a joyful and loving experience. With his history of being involved in Real estate, David pulled out all the stops with the design of his home & garden. Staying at David’s felt like being at a high end spa, every single day. I can’t recommend David highly enough, we look forward to our next visit

“Paradise in Pátzcuaro”
Don’t let the minimal reviews fool you! He just re-started up his business following COVID. Staying with David at the Casa Coco was one of the BEST decisions we made. Upon arrival, David welcomed us with fresh baked warm cookies and a smile. The Breakfast each morning was a 10 of 10. From the breakfast keish, to the fresh fruit w/ yogurt, to the egg/potatoe skillet, David set us up for success each morning. If you have time, the Bed & Breakfast is a walking museum. The house is adorned with paintings and artisanal work from around the world to include Russia, Argentina and Mexico. Our room was clean and equipped with our own coffee maker, Apple TV, and MORE fresh cookies. Above all, the host David is who made us feel at home. After long days traveling to the surrounding pueblo magicos (Tzintzuntzan, Santa Cara de Cobre, Capula), we looked forward to returning to our “home” for the weekend. If you come to Pátzcuaro, make sure you stay at the Casa Coco.

Many thanks to David and Kevin for their warm welcome and thoughtful details (cookies, cakes, dinner, valuable information and advice, and everything else). The house is simply beautiful, very comfortable, clean and refined with a tasteful Mexican style. The breakfast absolutely delicious and the table incredibly beautiful. We had a great time in your beautiful house! We will return with great pleasure for more days!
