We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Pattaya. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thanks to the wonderful woman at reception who greeted us — she kindly showed us around, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all of our questions. Her friendliness and attentiveness made a great first impression. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area was also excellent — a great place to spend time and unwind during the day. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. Our flight was delayed, and they were very understanding and allowed us to arrange a late check-out for a small additional fee, which we really appreciated. It was also very convenient that we could leave our luggage at the reception before check-in. Overall, everything was great. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we would definitely stay here again.

Opposite a supermarket which was convienent location was ok took us about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and about the same time to walking street although it was up hill on return to accommodation.

I had a overall great stay here but felt very restricted. There's a limited allowance for electricity usage, over that limit is charged extra. There's 200 Baht charge to use towel at the pool. This money isn't the big issue but it definitely takes away the comfort and pleasure.

It was a large 2-bedroom apartment with good kitchen, large balcony and nicely decorated.

Very friendly owner, clean and spacious room, large kitchen with all utensils, air conditioning and ceiling fan (extra electricity is charged separately), a large bathroom, I had the penthouse apartment with a huge terrace and sun loungers on the 5th floor and the suite below on the 4th floor with three smaller balconies, each with a wonderful sea view, daily cleaning until 2 p.m., a nice large pool with good swimming opportunities (pool is shared with the neighboring houses, but private access), Songthew Bath Taxi 200 m on the corner, 7/Eleven, restaurants, gym, cafes: all nearby, Naklua Beach/Sands Cafe about 700 m away, I would gladly come back (Thai expat, frequent traveler, in August 2025).

Apartment very clean, comfortable, great facilities,wifi TV with all the apps, such as you tube. Great location, just couple of minutes walk to BAHT bus, round the corner from phratamnak soi 5. Helpful friendly staff, with excellent English

I always stay here when in Pattaya. A nice relaxing home from home. Very private and away from the noise of Pattaya centre, but close enough to get there easily.
