its in very good location not too close to the nightlife, but not too far from it. Very close to the sea and just right beside the villa there was food court. 7eleven just 5 mins walk. Also, the staff were friendly.

The property was well maintained and the facilities were excellent. To say the accommodation was spacious would be an understatement, I can’t praise it enough. It’s in an excellent location, nice and quiet but really close to everything you need. The staff are brilliant, the complimentary items you get when you arrive are a nice touch. They even supply your drinking water for the duration of your stay.

I recently stayed at this accommodation, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The place is spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, with everything you might need just around the corner. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and the pool is incredibly relaxing. The outdoor area is a real highlight, featuring plenty of lounge chairs, a cozy garden, an outdoor TV, and a great sound system. The illuminated pool adds a special touch in the evenings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and given all the necessary information about our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a few thoughtful treats waiting for us, as well as everything needed for a comfortable daily routine. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Lovely area of pattaya pratamak . Everything you need located close by and the pattaya central just 10 minutes away with traffic . Beautiful villa. Our host Guitar was very accommodating villa is spotless clean with everything you could ask for or need. The two ensuite bathrooms were very big and showers were brilliant.

Villa was surperb! kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need and then some. pool was very well maintained the maid was excellent I'd say the most thorough I've ever seen keeps the unit spotless and comes when she says she will.
