The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The decor was excellent and spotlessly clean. In addition every three days the apartment is cleaned and bedding and towels changed. The apartment is on the quiet side of the building away from the road. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The hosts we're extremely helpful and the room was very pleasant with all that we needed. Very clean and was the only long stay accommodation of our four months holiday, that regularly cleaned without us having to ask. Location close to main route to nightlife and beaches etc but far enough away if you wanted a quieter time.

The location of View Talay 1 is excellent. Same as services in the neighborhood. Nice pool area. Fernando is a very helpful and nice guy. The room is very clean.

The best thing was that Fernando was very helpful when I had questions and accomodating for my early checkout.

View Talay 1 a is good location for me, next to the airport bus drop off pickup spot and also a nice grocery store. You can easily hop on a baht bus to go down to the beach or in to town. The Jomtien Complex is just down the street with lots of night life. Fernando is super nice and helpful. The studio apt is nice, but basic, very clean and well maintained. Would stay there again.

Nice clean and comfortable room,the host was very helpful and had good wi-fi in the room was cleaned every 3- 4 days. it is 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach but is only a 3 to 5 minute walk to the main road where you can catch a regular baht bus for 10 baht that will take you all along the beach front.also easy acces into Pattaya again for 10 baht on the baht bus.

It was a full setup apartment with a living room and a bedroom with all you need including a bathroom. The living room has dishes, microwave, fridge, and a sofa and 2 nice chairs. It is a great place you could really just live there month after month. The owner also provided a Honda Click motor bike at half the rate we where quoted by bike rental spots

Friendly accomodating owner, room is spacious, location is convenient, next to songtaew route, 10 mins walk to the beach. Good WiFi. Great value for money.
