Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Any request was actioned with superb efficiency. The kindness by the staff towards us tired travelers was also deeply appreciated. The food was outstanding. This is the second time coming to this resort because we loved it so much and this time we stayed longer. We have already decided to come back soon

The Heritage Pattaya Resort is a beautifully maintained beach front property. It has an unmistakable charm and quality which was reflected in our spacious deluxe garden room, premium amenities, furniture, fixtures and fittings, swimming pools, and spacious surroundings.
