I changed 4 rooms as I kept increasing the number of days in Pattaya and all of them were clean. Whatever I wanted the staff was there for me (laundry, coffee, food or one more day of accomodation), when I got the room at the first floor I was a bit scared of the noice but no, I could barely hear it in the background, so all OK. Location great
