“Great.”
Smooth transition into getting into the room, safe and sound. Room was clean, big for 3-4 people as you have your own rooms and bathroom to share. Kitchen and Fridge available which is a great help if you want to cook with some area to eat. AC was top.

The location is relatively good, it’s new and has a pool and gym. Having a kitchen and washing machine is a great plus.

“Serene Comfort at SimplyComfy Apartment”
My stay at SimplyComfy Apartment in Pattaya was nothing short of wonderful. The cleanliness and comfort of the apartment were top-notch, with meticulous attention to detail. The two-bedroom setup, complete with a handy washing machine, made it feel like a home away from home. Although the roof space and pool area could use a bit more upkeep, it didn't detract from the overall quality of my stay. The apartment's comfort was enhanced by the beautiful views and the dual air conditioning units. Situated on the tenth floor, it offered a fantastic ambiance that made my stay very special. A highlight was the amenities, including an infinity pool, a gym, and sun areas on the roof, along with convenient on-site parking. Even though some communal areas needed maintenance, they were fully functional. Being a private apartment rental, there were no direct service staff, but the check-in and check-out process was smooth, with polite team members. Its location, a mere 10-minute walk to the beach and close to Pattaya's main strip, added to its charm, surrounded by cafes and a 7 Eleven store. I found the apartment to be excellent value for money, considering its size, comfort, and stunning views. The room quality, with high-standard decoration and comfort, made my 8-day stay memorable. The noise level was surprisingly low for a 10th-floor apartment, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend SimplyComfy Apartment for its serene comfort and excellent location. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

“Great apartment”
This was a perfect place for us 2 couples to stay while we were in Pattaya. The rooms were lovely, great bathroom with hit eater constantly and a kitchen area too. The location was okay, a bit of a walking distance to the beach but definitely possible and has a couple of restaurants in walking distance too. The pool on the rooftop was a lovely facility although we only used it once. Smooth communication with the owner too.

The host is very helpful. We went on a half day tour to Koh Larn and was stuck in a jam on the way back. The host allowed us for checking out late. thank you very much. Anyway, the location is far from walking street. You need to take a taxi to go walking street or shopping mall
