Breakfast room was spacious and had many different kinds of foods to choose from. The tropical garden view rooms are comfortable and traditionally decorated. You are in the middle of a busy area and still have a feeling of being inside a tropical forest.

We have requested 2 months in advance for rooms in the same floor for all of us, but we din get anything like that, infact one of us had to walk to the other side of the road which was 10 mins walk, the staff was not even sorry about it, it never happened to us, when we informed 2 months in advance it always used to work for us every where, we may not consider this place next time.

Absolutely awesome location. Super close to all the local attractions like the pier, the walking street, Pratumnak Hill and the beach. We walked everywhere never really needing a taxi or bike to get around. Exploring the city was very cool, a great mix of urban tourism (go carts, malls, night clubs and more outdoorsy activities (sunset up the hill, seeing monkeys, time at the beach). Friendly staff on site helped us organise a tour to go snorkelling and exploring but most days were spent exploring the city or spending time in the beautiful green resort. The little slide at the pool was a bonus surprise.

That it was close to everything we needed.

The concierge (I forgot his name, sorry my friend, but it was somethig like rinrin or tintin),he was the nicest and most friendly person I've ever met in my life and he hooked me up! He gave me a beautiful deluxe room with shower and bathtub and a jacuzzi in the compact private garden, where I was able to get faded (among other things, *insert blinking emoji*) without any issues. Very peaceful resort, with amazing views, fantastic pools and a nice gym and located perfectly in the middle of the action. And for less than two euro at any time of day you order a motorcycle cab through bolt, hop on the back and get anywhere in Pattaya superfast or simply hop on the 10 bath bus. This will be the only resort I will book when I'm back in Pattaya!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable . The staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.

Located right next to Bali Hai pier, this place is great. The staff was very helpful and the pool area was fantastic. Rooms were clean & the huge smart TV was a plus. Will definitely be our first choice if we visit Pattaya again.
