House was perfect, would not recommend for people with little babies as the pool is accessible from all rooms and is deep. Perfect for us and the water was cold x

“Great stay for family with clean summing pool.”
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The host was extremely helpful and always available if we needed anything. The villa comes with a BBQ and coal provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to cook or enjoy a BBQ by the pool. The swimming pool was very well maintained. Overall, a great experience — we’ll definitely be booking again!

Toilets were worse and the flush wasn’t working. There was some weird smell in the main room and kitchen. Water was brown Color and then it turns white after we run it for sometime. AC wasn’t working properly in all rooms.

“quiet old style villa”
Beautiful old style villa, in the quiet area of South Pattaya, 3 rooms are huge, two mezzanine rooms with two beds. nice pool to hang out right in the middle of the villa. few restaurants nearby, and convenience store just around the corner.
