“Fine”
No breakfast. The staff member we dealt with was very pleasant. The location of the property is good despite being on a hill, plenty of restaurants, bars and combi stores in the vicinity.

The overcharge for every single thing.cleaning charge scam, they charge you more than the per day rent as deposit , and key if lost they would charge you and abnormal rate for that, they would make us check us out early by 10 or before. And during checking in it would by 3pm-4pm . The rooms are clean , spacious and luxurious. The amount payable would be not what you would expect. Myself and friends (group of 5) had a bad and unsettling experience we stayed there for 3 days .

“Perfect value for money”
We were greeted by Guitar who was extremely friendly and accomodating. The villa was clean and well exceeded our expectations. Cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend for those wanting to visit Pattaya!

i like everything of this house new and there have everything my family wanted the location is good . there have small market and many shop around. i would like recommend to other to stay here.
