“A lovely villa in an excellent location perfect for our family’s needs.”
The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the facilities were perfect. The cleaners came every second day and kept the villa spotless. The location was ideal, a short walk to the beach and close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Our stay there was amazing. This was the 4th time I've stayed in one of Joy's villas and it was amazing. Highly recommend staying here. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but not too far if you want a night out on the town. The villa was clean and serviced every other day and the pool was perfect. I'll be staying here again.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a nice private pool for a great price. Admittedly, the bathrooms are rather small, but they are manageable. Especially for this price we can't expect the jackpot. My Thai family was really really happy with the accommodation and that what's count. There are some good restaurants nearby. Especially News steak and Grill has an awesome chef. We had a great communication with the hostess (owner?) Joy about checking in and checking out. Her staff is doing a good job. If we need something in Pattaya again, we will sure try this villa again.
