“Very comfy and clean spot in jomtien but bring earplugs!!”
The staff here were very welcoming and warm. They make an extra effort here to make sure you are comfortable and provide fresh towels and water each day. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Nice spacious balcony to with view of all the action.

Owners very polite and helpful. Great location on a soi with restaurants, little stalls and a 7 11 and night market at the bottom.Room was cleaned each day with 2 bottles of water left

Friendly owners, room cleaned each day with bottles of water left in the room. Good size room, air con was good. On a soi with restaurants, massages and a night market plus 7 11 and a 30 second walk took you to the main baht bus route

Super honestly....for what we payed I guess the room was alright. Big ,with ac and a fan,changed towels every day ,water and coffee. Quit good bed. A fair place.

Spacious room. Good AC. Close to a night market - Great plus I forgot my phone charger in the room when I checked out. The staff confirmed that they found it and I was able to come pick it up on the next day.

“Owner downgraded room”
I booked non refundable weeks in advance for a room with a balcony. Several days before moving in the owner messaged that we paid too little to have a balcony room and we need to cancel. I refused because non-refundable. Upon arrival the owner said somebody rented the balcony room from them in person for 2 months after we booked but before we moved in, that's why she decided to give the room to them instead.

“A good stay in South Pattaya....”
Check-in was quick and easy. I stayed here 5 nights. Aircon was good, hot water in shower. Free drinking water each day. Towels changed every day. Comfortable stay, fairly quiet at night-time. 7-11 a short walk away. Room has good security, and a lock-box. Big wardrobe for clothes. Nice balcony to sit and have coffee or a drink on. Lots of baht buses very close by, going both directions.
