Clean, friendly staff, beautiful facility

I like nothing. There are some reasons to explain to this property and Booking.com to correct this situation. Firstly, actually, I don't have a chance to look into the house because the owner don't allow us to even go inside the house because I don't accept to pay 30,000 baht for the damage deposit which shown on the price information only 10,000 baht, especially already pay full the rent . Secondly, some nformation explained in Booking.com is not collect . This is not the pool villa because the pool is not a part of this villa it is the facility of the village. It is in the outside of the house. The information has been shown that it is seaview. It is ridiculous because this place is far from the sea about 3 km. My neck is not long enough to see the sea. Moreover, the owner didn't listen us and said it was my responsibility to contact to Booking.com by ourselves evenif we shown the booking information that the damage deposit was only 10,000 baht. These are the reasons we got the bad impression to this place. For these reasons, you think we should pay our money to this property. We request to pay our money back because the act of this property was not accept to any people to see the information of this property in the platform of Booking.com.

We had an amazing three-day stay at Joopland! The place is fantastic—beautifully maintained and perfectly located near Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Sue is an absolute gem, ensuring everything was seamless and comfortable. With a 7-Eleven close by and delicious food available at reasonable prices, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Huge kudos to the team—keep up the great work!

Contact with the reception was quickly established through WhatsApp. On arrival, the Facility Manager heartily welcomed us. He showed us every Room and gave us many useful Tips. The transition of the Keys was easy. I was shown where the safety box was and how to deposit my essential documents and valuables safely. You will find a great Pool with a slide on the ground floor. The living room is significant, with direct access to the Swimming Pool. In this Living Room is a Pool Table. We had a good time playing Pool. The kitchen has every amendment you need to prepare meals and eat. A BBQ Place is available. On the First Floor are four spacious Bedrooms with access to a wonderful Balcony. Two Bedrooms are on the ground floor. Nearby, you will find a market with local restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Topsy. The restaurants make delicious food at a very nice price. Access to delivery of fresh foods was easy with Food Panda. All the Places and beaches are easy to find and close by. For Taxis, we used Grab and Bolt. The receptionist lady paid much attention to our stay and answered every request immediately. The Neighbor is a Legend and very friendly.

place had everything needed, full kitchen and BBQ area. we came down for a family getaway with another family in total 8 of us including 4 kids! has a retro gaming system, Smart TV, Pool table and slider in the pool. a lot of activities and is bang in the middle between Pattaya and jomtien! highly recommend it to anyone travelling with families, will be back
