The area is quite lively with restaurants, cafes, bars, massage shops, stores and it is within walking distance of the beach. My favourite place was the Pattaya Park Night Market. It is such a lovely place to spend part of your evening, with a wide variety of food, smoothies and shopping. La Cremerie Cafe is right outside the building. This place can compete for the best bakery in the world. A croissant from this cafe can give you energy for the rest of your day. The apartment is fairly good. It is sizeable and gives you the feeling of being at home. The air conditioning works well. The balcony is spacious. The bathroom is roomy. The neighbours are very nice and pleasant. There is a good swimming pool on the ground floor with plenty of time and space to use it. The building is quite secure and I bet you could leave your door unlocked and you will be alright

“The ideal Pattaya stay: clean, comfortable, well-located”
I had a great stay at this apartment and would absolutely rate it 10/10. The unit was well kept upon arrival and came with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The fully furnished kitchen and free Wi-Fi were great conveniences and a fantastic view of Koh Lan from the apartment balcony and the rooftop area. The building itself is excellent, with a nice swimming pool, a relaxing rooftop area, secure parking, and friendly, reliable security staff. The elevator and facilities were always clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. The location is unbeatable. It’s genuinely one of the best areas of Pattaya to stay in, with amazing bars, restaurants, cafés, and plenty of good gyms and massage parlours nearby. There’s a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and the food options in the area are top quality. The beach is only a 5-minute walk, and there’s a really good night market about the same distance in the other direction — super convenient. The host was also fantastic: friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful with everything from check-in and check-out to arranging on-site bike rentals. It made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment and area to anyone visiting Pattaya — I’d happily stay here again.

Soi 5 Pratumnak is a great location. Everything you need is there. Short stroll down to the beach. Nice and quiet, not like Pattaya. Friendly helpful staff.

“One month stay with a family.”
It was a great location, which had a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of amenities close by. Everything else is a short ride with a Bolt, or if you are really keeping costs down, the Baht bus downtown is only a five minute walk away. I am glad we stayed in Pratamnak rather than central Pattaya. It is quite a bit nicer for those with children. The condo complex staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had lots of space, larger than a typical condotel. The air-conditioners worked great, and we made a lot of use of the full-sized fridge. I used the complex pool daily. We didn't have any issues with the Wifi internet. (Which was a concern I had after reading previous reviews) We stayed here for a month. I wish I could have stayed for two. I would stay here again.

“A stay is what you make it”
Appartment configuration good and position in block was good as kept Appartment cool. Lovely swimming pool. Apart from the toilet [see below] if anything was needed the owner provided promptly. Environment was kept clean . Overall we enjoyed our stay

Quiet location but everything you need within 10 minutes walk from beach supermarkets ,restaurants bars and massage.,the condo was very comfortable,swimming pool great and probably the best shower I have used in thailand.😁

No breakfast as it was self catering apartment. I did not like the bed however, was too hard but Jack was very helpful and put under blankets for me which then made it lovely to sleep on. I do think a more firmer mattress is in order though.. Large room lovely view of the sea, although was a bit far, the bike i hired from the apartment host /*was a must and got me around a lot of pattaya. Lovely pool and kept in excellent shape.
