“Everything good”
It is a self-check-in apartment. After booking, we received clear instructions from the host on how to check in, and everything went very smoothly. The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to 7-Eleven and many restaurants. It’s also easy to get to Jomtien Beach and Walking Street.

The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was super clean, cozy, and located in a perfect area. The host was very accommodating and always helpful, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and reminding me that I could message her anytime if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this property. I was so happy with the experience that I even decided to extend my stay

It's a luxury apartment with two bathrooms, bathtub, balcony with view and fully equipped kitchen. Ideal stay for two adults and two kids. There are saunas available for all ages and the kids pool is warm! It's a good location with supermarkets, restaurants and bus station nearby. Great value for money!

“Great place to enjoy a resort style but self-catering apartment in Pattaya”
It's exactly what it looks like in the pictures, which is to say a cheesy Carribean themed pool resort condo. Our daughter loved the pool area! The apartment itself was comfortable for our family of 3 and had all the basics you need and would expect. Elena, the host, is wonderful! She was always friendly and available on WhatsApp and even let us overstay checkout time before a late flight out of Bangkok since the next reservation wasn't until a day later. Highly recommend if you're looking for a resort style self-catering condo in Pattaya.

“If you want to risk your booking being cancelled at the last minute , then book with this host!”
The host cancelled my reservation literally 1 hour before my arrival. I was in a taxi on my way when I got a message from them to say they cannot meet me to let me in. Absolute rubbish! If you cannot accept bookings, then your property should not be made available on booking.com They also wanted me to cancel the booking instead of them so that it looks like I cancelled the stay and not them. It was their issue and they did not even try to provide any alternative or advice. Just "sorry we cant do it"

“Good value for money”
Good and easy stay with Elena was a lovely host. The apartment was clean and quiet. The gym is kind of okay to have a basic workout. I did not try the pool.

Very clean, modern condo. Direct access to pool through patio doors. Host was great. Location good - 10 min taxi to Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach is even closer. Would definitely stay here again.
