“Perfect”
Our stay at Gala Pavillon in Pattaya was absolutely fantastic! The villa itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Every detail, from the furnishings to the facilities, was carefully taken care of, ensuring a luxurious experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable housekeeping service. The staff arrived on time every day, keeping the villa spotless and ensuring everything was in order. They were also incredibly helpful with any small issues we encountered—whether it was assisting us with a blocked safe or helping us retrieve an item we had accidentally left behind after checkout. A special mention to Minnie, who went above and beyond to ensure we got our forgotten cheese back from the freezer—such attentiveness truly made a difference in our experience! Overall, the combination of excellent service, well-maintained amenities, and the comfort of the villa made our stay truly enjoyable. The villa is very clean, tidy and well equipped, sauna, swimming pool with jacuzzi, open kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, billiard, TV with Netflix and karaoke. Besides the hardware, the service is excellent, the housekeeper, Minnie, is very pretty and nice. She tried her best to solve our problems and fulfill our needs, made our trip smooth. Highly recommend, we must come again.
