“Great place for long or short stay.”
Staff are very professional and friendly. The room is a medium sized self contained apartment with a toilet, small kitchen area, TV and couch and the large double bed. Plenty of electric sockets and strong WiFi. The cleaning staff come every day if you require them to. Nicely located and very quiet not far from the 15 baht taxi route. ( Yes 15 baht now the baht bus.) Nice pool with sun beds. Lots of shops, bars and street food approx 50 meters away. Would recommend for short or long stays.

Big Room, comfy Bed and Pillows(got an extra Pair). Aircon was working well and not noisy! Big Fridge was a big plus for me. Friendly staff!

It's not fancy, but it's perfect for the value. It's your own little apartment. With grab you in Pattaya or jomtien beach in like 10-15min max

“Decent stay.”
The rooms are very spacious but what I liked most was the staff, I often stay here a lot and one of the ladies helped my a lot with a personal matter 2 years ago. Whenever I’m in Pattaya I often stay here.

“Quiet place with good amenities”
I like staying here. Very quiet location but convenient. Motorbike rental is recommended or use baht busses to get around. There are several tops and seven nearby plus street food and bars.

I stayed at Condo G Residence and had a very positive experience. It’s a comfortable and quiet place to stay, perfect for relaxing. I especially want to mention the girls at the reception. They are very positive, always smiling, and create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. If you have any questions or need help, they are always ready to explain everything clearly and help solve any problem quickly. Their attitude toward guests is truly excellent. The room cleaning is done every day, which is very convenient. They also provide free water, coffee, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo daily. This small detail makes the stay even more comfortable. The location itself is quiet and peaceful, which is great for resting and sleeping well. The building also has security, so you feel safe at all times. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to stay with good service, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Condo G Residence to other guests.

Great little place for the quiet nights, 8 minutes walk to get bus to either Jomtiem or into town.
