“Home away from home”
What a gem this place is, could not have been happier to stay here. Owners were great with communication and very helpful. Location is fantastic with a short walk to beach and night market. The apartment was cozy, clean, amazing view of the ocean and felt like a home away from home. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again if we come back!

“Top Stay for a Super Price!”
Super cheap and great located stay. All you need is in the room, 7/11 10 meters away. For me, this is the best area in Pattaya. The room was very clean and had some water, snacks and others for free. So you can chill after you arrive. The best thing is the super supportive host! They answer fast and are very professional. There is one bad thing. The elevator is probably the slowest in the whole of Thailand 😅 joking... You need to take time when you're on vacation :P

the owners were amazing comunicatiating on any question i had and restocked the fridge with water and beer and extra snacks.the apartment was amazing well equipt and remodeled.the bed was super comfortable and the view from the window was Great. Big HD tv with English channels and very good WiFi. Location is great next to restaurants, bars,coffee shops,and very close to the quieter beaches and park of pattaya. very good value for your money and perfect apartment for me as I work online .

Totally clean apartment, very silent in the night (I slept with the windows open). Fully furnished for the long-stay also. Quick response of the landlords regarding check-in and check-out.

“Feels like home, very cozy atmosphere”
I have stayed at a lot of places around the world, but this place felt like home away from home. It had everything that You could ever need during your stay, the flat has very cozy lights it really makes the atmosphere so much better, it really shows that the host tries very hard!
