“Very nice corner well equiped comfortable corner appartment with a very large balcony”
We met the owners representative who showed us the property which exceeded our expectations. Booking.com indicated there were no restaurant or bar, these had recently re-opened following covid shut down so that was a pleasant surprise. Great location 200 Metre from the beach. 4th floor large corner appartment with 2 bedrooms with ensuite and seperate bathroom and very large corner balcony. Each room had a very large LED TV with all other equipment needed and provided. They even provided a small childs boosted wc seat. Free car and motor cycle parking provided immediately outside the main entrance

The best apartment in the history of my travels. Thank you so much to Mrs. Van/Bee/Mr. Hans. In the apartment everything is perfectly absolute-a complete set. Cleaning, filling. Amazing balcony where we had breakfast. In general, it's perfect. I really hope to come back here again and again. To the beach 3 minutes slowly. There are many good restaurants nearby. Tuk-tuk is 5 minutes away. Terminal 21 10 minutes.

This place is great! You feel like at home. We stayed at the room on the first floor, what is big and cozy. The good, comfortable bed, sofa, all kitchen equipment (I hardy have the same at home :), small garden and nice place to eat on the terrace. It\s possible to have good thai food just right there near the swimming pool. Swimming pool is good as well.

“Lovely cosy apartment, very clean and well equipped, value for money!”
The apartment is spacious, very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed!! Khun Wan was very accommodating and ordering water, etc was very easy and convenient. The location was very convenient as well with many restaurants and massage and even a huge mail within walking distance. Highly recommended for families and long term stays.

“The best Place in Pattaya . We are more then happy there”
We were there for the 2nd time. The first time in apartment 306. Absolutely great. This time in apartment 109. Right by the pool. From the terrace you could go directly to the pool. The absolute to-go for families with children. The apartment deserves 10 stars for the great facilities. The whole facility is just great. Not overcrowded. 10 times nicer than a normal hotel room And the landlady, Ms. Wan, anticipates every imaginable wish. Thank you Ms. Wan. We will come back to you 100%

We liked everything in apartment 306. The apartment was a dream. Absolutely nothing was missing. Great fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Great beds. Everything at its finest. Very clean. From the balcony, we could see the pool and part of the beach. The wifi was very good. Nice pool. 2 minutes to the beach. Many restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. A very quiet complex with nice guests. In addition, the landlady Ms. Wan was really very friendly and helpful. This apartment is highly recommended for a family vacation. Better than any conventional hotel. We will definitely come back
