I really did not like this place. People in the neighboring room were smoking on the balcony, and it felt like they were smoking near me. There are gaps in the doors as wide as a finger. I went out and politely asked them not to do that, as I have a child in the room with me, but they ignored my request. The management should prohibit smoking on balconies and provide a designated area for smokers instead.

I stayed for almost 2 weeks (18th March - 2 April) and liked everything. It is a very nice hotel in Pattaya so I will be back for sure. Thank you to all the owners and hotel staff for being welcoming and helpful. Also a Big Thank you to all the ladies who cleaned my room.

Location was good, many local restaurants close by. Swimming pool was clean and a decent size.

Good place at a prime location. Neat and clean! 7-Eleven is at walkable for more convenience

I really liked the location. There are plenty of establishments and cafes nearby, all within walking distance. Also, even though the hotel is indeed an old building, dating back to the 90s, it’s clear that it is very well-maintained. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The room was cleaned daily, water was provided, and towels were changed. You can drop off your laundry at the reception in the morning and pick it up in the evening. Breakfast is also available to order. Everything was very comfortable.

Great place to stay, very quiet and very convenient to get to Pattaya centre with the 10 baht (€ 0,25 cents) taxi, which brings you to Walking street in 20 min...or if you're looking for the beach, then it's 10 min. Staff very friendly and always extremely helpful. Pools is great, long enough to swim up and down
