“Disappointed”
The room looked nothing like the pictures. The balcony was completely unusable — there was neither a table nor chairs, and to make matters worse, a huge air conditioning unit blocked the view and blasted hot air. They made no effort whatsoever to compensate for this, which made me feel misled. The elevator was also a major issue, as the waiting time was usually 15–20 minutes.

“Friendly family fun”
Pool was great for young family. Waves, couple of slides, selection of food and drink (soft) and kids always in sight. Hotel made a great effort for Christmas.
