Overview
Overlooking the scenic port of Alonissos, Kavos Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies. Rousoum Beach is just 600 metres away. Each with a cheerful decor, the sun-filled rooms are equipped with a TV, fridge and safe and their balconies face either the lush surroundings or the sea. Studios with kitchenettes are also available. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Patitiri, the main port and capital of Alonissos, is only 100 metres from the hotel. Ferries and excursion boats depart from this port, while fish taverns and restaurants line the beachfront. Bicycles and cars can be rented on site. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk. “Perfect location for a couple of days on the beautiful island of Alonissos”
Fantastic view over the port and an easy walk to restaurants, bars and so on. My room and en suite looked as though they had been recently renovated, but my friend's was in an older-style bedroom with a very small shower; the difference was reflected in the price for each room.

The owners were really friendly and helpful, the room was a decent size for just me (although 2 people may get under each other's feet), the location was great and the sea view was absolutely beautiful, the bed was big and comfy, the shower was ginormous and had great water pressure.

Excellent choice. Warm, friendly and very accommodating hosts. The small double (as advertised) was compact, cosy, and comfortable, with warm lighting, adequate storage space, and lovely tiled floor. The housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and unobtrusive. There were quite a few steps to the room (top floor), but the big private balcony with wonderful views of the bay and the village waterfront made the climb well worth the effort! Felt relaxed throughout my stay at the Kavos, and thoroughly enjoyed my 4 day visit to Alonissos.
