“Very comfortable in a quiet location.”
The location is a little 'off the beaten track', but there is a free shuttle back and forth up to Sukhumvit which will take you whenever you want, rather than at scheduled times, as is the case with many hotels. The room was very spacious and we were upgraded to a larger suite overlooking the pool.

“Too pricy for the quality. It’s not as the review. Thick white dust caused us coughing and allergies”
The property is very far from everything. It’s about 3-4 kms from the main road and very isolated. Means there are not many houses and the road going to the hotel is a muddy road . I feel so scared as it’s too far from everything. You couldn’t walk back to the main road. It’s so scary and dusty. I have proof of the video showing how thick the amount of dust in the room and we coughing all night until we checked out. Im very disappointed e cause it’s not what it says in the reviews. There is no restaurant, massage. There is a small pool at the entrance near the reception, who wants to swim infront of the reception areas? Not me . Nothing that I like about this property but I huge disappointment.

“Overall dissatisfied. I’ve had better experiences in much cheaper hotels.”
Shower walls were dirty over a long period. Reception staff not pleasant and barely managed to get us room keys. Upon ordering American breakfast off the menu, was informed that we were required to order the day before. we weren’t informed about this by reception staff the day before as they barely uttered a word.
