The location was nice, walking distance from sea. Equipped kitchen to use. Nice green garden with trees and birds. Kettle and fridge in the room. Clean sheets. Quiet at night.

Simple & peaceful. Surrounded by nature. Birdsong is lovely to wake up to. You need wheels if staying as quite a distance from shop etc. beach walking distance.

Thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent at your place, everything was truly perfect. We made a mistake with the rental date and the owner didn't charge us for an extra day. You don't see that everywhere.

I personally love this place because I wanted a remote, quiet place. I got on very well with the owner and her family who help her run this place. If you want to stay here, having a vehicle of some kind will help as grab does not work and bolt, depending. Truth to be told, you can get grocery delivered, there are Facebook groups with some people who also deliver, a nice restaurant close to the place and also convenient stores.

“Unexpected suprises we rather woul not have had”

After 4 messages between the hotel and me, we arrived at a deserted place, and were unable to reach anybody. It was pitch dark outside, we did not follow the advise of the hotel to take the piblic bus, and luckily the taxi driver stayed untill we were ok. The representant mentioned there was no reservation, so its strange as we were talking about how we would arrive between 19-20 in the messages, clearly we had bern in contact we woukd arrive that evening. It’s not ok to arrive at a deserted place with two kids, no phone number working. After a while my daughter found a 3rd phone number on the website, witch was picked up and explained there were no reservations. Not true. But we could pick a place, key was at the door… witch was nice, we could go to sleep. For me there was no sleep, knowing nobody else was at the veneu. The exoerience was not great, but the hotel is cheap and very close to the airport. Maybe ok if arriving and knowing this, will give you more sleep.

We had a great stay and even extended. Win is not there at the moment but her niece Fern, who is running the business now, is a very likeable person and is doing a great job with the home stay.

Rustic in the peaceful countryside. Yet just a short stroll to a long, beautiful beach . A very nice host and a wonderful veranda to enjoy the evening.

Super location when travelling from Koh Tao to Bangkok for overnight stay, free airport transfer in the morning. The owner is such a nice guy, please tip for his free taxi service to restaurants and the airport 🙏

We stopped over this lovely homestay for a night before catching a flight back to Bangkok the next day. Was directly driven via Lomprayah van transport when we got off the ferry from Koh Tao. The host and his son (he speaks English!) immediately met us when we came in and brought us to our quaint accommodation. The kind host went an extra mile to drive us out to get a delicious dinner at a local restaurant and stop by the convenience store, all the while patiently waiting for us to be done! There was bread and coffee for breakfast, and the host even dropped us off at the airport the next morning to catch our early morning flight. Really thankful for the host's hospitality! :) Glad that there was hot showers and a comfortable bed to rest in for the night.

The man that runs it is an absolute gentlemen. I arrived for 1 night before flying out of Chumphon early the next morning. The gentleman showed me to my room and took myself and another couple in his car to a local restaurant to eat (he waited in his car) he then took us to 7-11 to get some refreshments and even took us to the airport in the morning !! All free of charge but I tipped him nicely. The homestay is a drive / taxi from shops / restaurants but lovely accommodation before flying out the next day
