“EXCELLENT OPTION FOR A SHOPPING AND/OR TOURIST TRIP TO PASTO, CO”
Our stay at the LOFT Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, upgrading our room without the need to request it and providing a nightly warm tea service that was an unexpected treat. The hotel is conveniently located in an excellent, safe shopping zone with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated the covered, basement parking garage as we were able to keep our purchases right in the car. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant was original, with local flavors and impeccable service. Cleanliness was excellent. Honestly, I found myself asking why this was not classified as a four-star hotel. Without a doubt I would recommend this to friends and family and plan to return here if ever in the area again.

“Fabulous hotel and staff”
The attention of the staff is superb. This is a jewel of a hotel. Exceptional. They brought us coffee, a flask of spicy tea and even a hot water bottle in the evening! Fabulous.

“Slept like a baby.”
The Staff was really friendly and our room was enormous. The hotel was located right in the middle of nice shops and restaurants.
