“You will not feel comfortable here”

Bed sheets were not for the size of the bed. So every morning I woke up on a bare mattress. Room barely fitted the bed, meaning the entrance door was at times touching the bed. Before the stay, I was asked to prepay the room with some link that I couldn’t use , because I didn’t have Colombian banking application , even it is guaranteed by booking. So daily I received message with a threat that my booking will be cancelled if I don’t pay. My messages were not replied, only standard demands to prepay the room. Level of comfort is close to zero, super cold, no place to warm the water. They give you the key, but you have to return it every time when you leave the property. Why give me the keys in the first place?
