Beautiful location, spacious and comfortably furished, beautiful view over Lake Tracimeno. The host was very caring and had nice and tasty surprises

We stayed in the villa for 10 consecutive days on a star trip, the place and location are excellent, parking is close to the farm, the house is large, clean, tidy and spacious, the kitchen is always full of food, pastries and drinks, the owners are charming and take care of us all the time, the view is stunning, highly recommended for travelers in Umbria

The location of the apartment is wonderful for traveling both in Tuscany and Umbria. The view of the lake from the balcony of the apartment and from everywhere in the yard is great. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The hosts were also charming and welcoming.

Peaceful appartment beautifully furnished with a spectacular view of Lake trasimeno. The hosts were so lovely . Special baking is delivered outside your door for breakfast…Letitia even made a gluten free vegan cake just for me . The spa is great at the end of a day travelling to visit the many hilltop towns…and the view on the terrace with a wine is special. Castle Rigone is the nearby village and one can eat there.

Spectacular views, lovely hosts, delicious cakes for breakfast, spacious apartment, friendly resident cats and dogs, beautiful gardens, many different spots to sit and relax, peace and quiet, the perfect place to rest! We will be recommending this place to friends and family and will be happy to go back one day. The location is great for day trips.
