Everything was perfect!!! The welcome, location and facilities were all excellent. Margherita made us feel at home and all the extra touches like a well stocked fridge were very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great apartment. I felt like I was at home. It ticked all the boxes for me. Also, it was in a great location, close to the train station, bus, and 10 min walk to supermarket. Train takes you to Florence main station too. Furthermore, the host Margherita was excellent. She also left some food staples and wine for me when I arrived. Thank you so much...will definitely stay here again ❤️

“Comfortable apartment with a perfect lakeside location”

Margherita's communication was clear and she waited in the flat for our arrival. We walked from the station wheeling our cases. She was very friendly and told us all we needed to know. She was able to accommodate a couple of specific requests that we had. The apartment felt as if it could be a home, not just a holiday let, as it was so well-equipped and comfortable. The location on the lakeside was perfect, with views from the window at the front over the ferry pier, and over the little shopping street at the rear. There is an excellent pasticceria in this street, and a small supermarket off the nearby town centre car park. There are also plenty of restaurants. This is such a lovely place that it might get very busy at the height of the summer season.

The location of this apartment is ideal as it faces the lake with a beautiful view. Along with that, restaurants are each side of the accommodation. The railway station is less than 10 minuite walk also. Most important is that this is a large, roomey accomodation with everything you need there. Margherite, who owns the property, was very helpful (despite the fact that we never met personally). I would highly recommend this accommodation and I will look for it if and when I return to Passignano. .

“Lovely restful stay in beautiful Passignano Sul Trasimeno”

This was like walking into a very pleasant weekend home. The extras provided were very generous and would suit all tastes. Extremely well equipped. It was lovely to be able to do a little food preparation ourselves.

Amazing location- very central and over looking the water. Incredibly well stocked apartment with all that you'd need to cook and wash clothes. The host had kindly filled the fridge and pantry with some staples and treats. Great communication. Delicious bakery just 2min walk away. Restaurants all within 5mins walking. Very spacious and comfortable space.

Wonderful reception from a warm and helpful host! perfect location right on the high street over looking the lake. the apartment is immaculate and super clean too.

In the centre of town, overlooking the ferry terminal. Despite being on the main road, the bedroom was at the back of the apartment so no noise from the traffic. All the reviews rave about the well stocked kitchen and we were impressed too, with some nice touches including a bottle of Prosecco. Add to that, there was just about everything that you were likely to need (or not) including a tool kit. All in all, a really laid back and enjoyable time both in the apartment and in Passignano sul Trasimeno.
