We have never experienced such a wonderful, feel-good vacation before. We were welcomed so warmly at the Parkhotel Montigeto. The owner, Francesca, is such a charming person; she anticipates her guests' every wish, and her husband diligently supports her in running the hotel. It was a truly harmonious stay. The breakfast was exquisite, plentiful, and left nothing to be desired. In addition, freshly baked cakes were provided every day. Although we usually don't eat cake for breakfast, we simply couldn't resist here. It was *sooo* delicious. Furthermore, the hotel offers a spa area featuring a sauna and whirlpool—excellently appointed—where you can truly indulge yourself. The fitness room, too, is remarkably spacious and well-equipped for a hotel of this relatively modest size. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The hospitality from this hotel is better than some. 5* we've stayed in around the world! The rooms are clean with a decent size and comfy bed. Organised out of hours check in for a late arrival and helpful with local information. We used the spa which was fantastic after a very busy trip for a wedding we was attending. Highly recommend to anybody.

“I could not get out quick enough.”

It is easier to describe the unattractive aspects of this hotel. The staff is borderline unhelpful. The room was big with a kitchen. But it was very uncomfortable. The hotel internet is nearly unusable. The cellular reception is also very poor. It was very cold and there was no heating.

Absolutely lovely hotel with nice and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good breakfast. We loved the pool and the garden. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the hotel and a train station in a walking distance as well. It is a good location if you want to visit some Umbria and Tuscany - the area is absolutely beautiful with lots of old buildings and great nature.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a kitchenette, which was useful as we were on bicycles and the nearest restaurant was 2km away. There was a supermarket 5 minute walk away. There was a pool which was lovely and had plenty of seats or beds. The beds were comfy and had a balcony off the bedroom, and the bathroom was clean and a good size. Breakfast was good a normal continental but with lots of cakes

The place was so lovely and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was just such a lovely place to stay. There was a shop 2 minutes walk away with a great selection of food and the nearest town was a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride. There is a path down to the town so you avoid walking on main roads. It just couldn't have been more of a perfect place, I would definitely return with the kids. Great value for money too.

They were cleaned daily to a very high standard, and it was lovely to have basic cooking facilities too, which made our trip extra convenient. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The pool area was another highlight – beautifully kept, refreshing, and the perfect place to relax. Whether for a quick dip to cool off or a lazy afternoon by the water, it added so much enjoyment to our time here. We also loved that we could hire electric bikes directly from the hotel. Lovely warm welcome. Staff were amazing and we felt like a family. I was happy with my gluten free breakfast, husband with the gym and son with the pool. They went above and beyond.
