We had a wonderful time at Franca's place! Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay is there. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Our young son enjoyed playing in the lovely garden, he didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back.

“Exceptional Stay in a Wonderful Place in the Heart of Umbria”
Our stay at Franca and Serafino's home in Passignano sul Trasimeno was wonderful and it was a time that will remain in our memory for a long time. The apartment where we stayed was modern, perfectly equipped, and extremely comfortable. A major advantage of this place was undoubtedly the access to a beautiful, green garden where we could relax and enjoy the tranquility. Franca and Serafino are the hosts everyone dreams of during their travels! From the first moment, they made us feel at home. Always smiling, warm-hearted, and ready to help in any situation. Their kindness, local tips, and warm conversations made our stay truly exceptional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, especially for the wonderful surprises like the delicious cake, fruits, and for showing us the magnificent views. If you're looking for an authentic experience in Umbria, with an excellent location and hosts who treat guests like family - look no further. We definitely recommend it and hope to return to this paradise on earth in the future!

“Magical stay on the lake”
Large two bedroom apartment with hosts living on first floor. It felt like it was a home rather than an apartment. Quiet, relaxing location with ample parking the apartment had everything you could think of and more. Hosts provided two bottles of beer a bottle of champagne and even home made Lemonchello. Plus light breakfasts treats Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

“A nice place to stay!”
We found a very comfortable new appartment with all we needed and with nice places in the garden to relax. Franca and Serafino are very kind hosts and they like it to make our stay to a perfect experience.

“Fantastic spacious comfortable apartment with lovely welcoming hosts.”
This property is a short walk uphill from the centre. Pasegnato is a good place to visit - the lake is beautiful and you can take a short boat trip across to the Island. The apartment is extremely comfortable and spacious and has everything you will need. All in very good condition. We particularly liked the mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Our hosts were so helpful and welcoming and there was a really thoughtful supply of a few basics in the fridge / cupboard which was so helpful when cooking for just a few days. Also the most delicious fresh figs!
