“Great staff in a friendly hotel!”
The location is great just by the side of the lake and I cannot praise the staff enough, they are so friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need and a nice comfy bed. We had a lake view room with a small terrace which gave some outdoor space as well. We visited off season for a wedding so the pools were closed but looked ideal for a warmer weather visit. The breakfast is continental and well stocked with cereals, yoghurt, pastries, meats and cheese. The coffee/tea is freshly made for you. Overall a great stay

Loved everything except for these two things: a) the air conditioner is in the living room and underpowered, so the bedroom is unbearably hot, b) the net latches on the balcony doors are broken, so the nets cannot be closed.

“A wonderful lakeside retreat”
We loved our visit here and wish we could have stayed for longer. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. The room was spacious, clean and we loved the balcony overlooking the lake. The use of the bicycles to explore the lake was amazing and pool was lovely. Breakfast had plenty options, from pastries and fruit to eggs and bacon. My partner is coeliac so for us the staffs helpfulness with arranging gluten free options was fantastic. They understood the risk of cross contamination with buffet style food and cooked eggs and bacon for him separately. They also supplied him with a basket of GF bread, biscuits etc. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, where again the staff were fantastic and food was delicious with lots of GF options.

“Lovely hotel overlooking Lake Trasimeno”
We had a lovely room (206),complete with a fridge, overlooking the lake. It’s a quiet location and the views from the hotel over the lake were spectacular. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all very friendly: they even picked us up from and took us back to the station. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the outdoor pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds . The hotel also has a small spa with sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation beds which was a bonus and a restaurant which served a very good selection of food. The hotel grounds offer sites for motor homes and there is a block with a washing machine and tumble drier, which was very useful.

“Comfy, clean and nice stay for local wedding”
Lovely B&B on Lake Trasimeno, good value for money. We stayed here for a wedding in the local area and this was perfect to have our own space, clean, spacious room and lovely staff. The included breakfast was a bonus and lovely to have in the morning - good coffee, also walking distance into town when you want to explore and enjoy the restaurants there.

Great location overlooking the lake with its own beach. We found the bikes really useful to cycle into town and around the lake.

great location right on the lakeshore with heated pool and hot tub. Restaurant was better than normal for a hotel with nice ambiance which lacks in most Italian restaurants. Our room was very clean and well organized.
