“cute leak view room”
the location is very beautiful with lake views. the room was a little bit small but confy. The batroom was spacious. Only 20-30min from Perugia. The girl who gave me the key was friendly and speaked english.

“If you're looking for cheap with a great location, this is for you. Want comfort? Then maybe not.”
The room has a lakeside location and is very close to parking. It has Aircon - which in 36 degrees heat was a life saver! The view from the 'balcony' is gorgeous. The cafe two buildings up was lovely for snacks and drinks.

Good view, good location, and good air conditioning for the size of the room. The staff member accommodated us arriving earlier than we had said we would, which we appreciated.

“Good value for money,great views”
Beautiful location overlooking Lake Trasimeno ,the main road runs lakeside so busy in the daytime The apartment was nice and was fine for what we needed for 3 days, on the small side but was value for money Flat is above a gelateria so a little noisy in the day,very quiet at night

“Lovely, fairly new apartment in the centre of town.”
The location is excellent, directly opposite the lake and in the middle of restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed and good, efficient air conditioning. Situated directly above a gelateria, which is also a bar at night, which can be busy. Lovely cafe in the street, almost below the apartment where breakfast (tea/coffee, croissants etc) could be purchased for a very reasonable amount.

Absolutely fantastic location, right next to cafes / bars and restaurants. And a beautiful view of the lake. So much to do in the area and was really quiet too considering it was really central.

“Nice views”
The Room was small but nice, we never got to meet the owner Key was in the door and a friendly man in the Cafe 2 doors along helped us- When it was time to check out we returned the keys to the cafe owner -still no owner to check us out
