“High end modern apartment outside the historic centre”

High end apartment, almost brand new, well equipped and with a quiet balcony. Very clean and spacious. Parking garage right in front. Good check in instructions. The location is outside the historic centre but the walk across the Danube is nice and short.

“Fantastic apartment in Passau”

The hotel was a 20-25 minute walk from the train station but it was worth the walk. Staff were very helpful and the apartment (level 3) had a great outlook, with big windows which could be opened to let in any breeze. There were two bedrooms and a kitchen/living area and a fantastic bathroom. There was a laundry about 100 metres from the hotel where you could do a load of washing for 4 euros, or 6 for a bigger machine. It was a 10 minute walk to old town, and there was a supermarket, Rossman and bakery about 300m away. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the studio apartment on the top floor and the view was terrific. It was lovely to be able to sit outside on the terrace. We really appreciated being able to prepare our own simple meals with the kitchen facilities and the shower was great.

High standards for clealiness,confort and availability. Self check-in-very easy It was the second time we stayed here and we'll be back again,for sure!

A fantastic place to stay. Spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They allowed us to store our bags because we arrived early. The hotel was in a great location close to great restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice place

Reception was very easy and polite. I feel some reviews have been a bit harsh, due to people not reading correctly. It's is a small walk away but in a quiet area. The room was huge work more sockets than I could ever use, which was fantastic. Location to a supermarket 300m was great but remember in Germany they close weekends and holidays, this is normal and a bit of research when booking helps.

Close proximity to town center. Nice walking distance. The apartment was big and clean. Very spacious bathroom with both bathtub and shower. A lot of light can come in when the curtains are open.

The flat was very spacious and modern with a beautiful large bathroom, a large living room and a lovely kitchen. It is about 10mins walk from the city centre, which made for a calm place to stay (and easy to park!).

Couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay.. It was great to relax at the bathtub, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable.

Huge apartment with view on the castle. The city center is easily reachable on foot. Breakfast is basic, but ok.

This is a clean hotel with enough space. Easy access to the parking and easy approach to hotel with car.
