Set on the beautiful banks of the River Danube, this hotel is situated close to Passau’s pedestrian area and main historic sights. Upon arrival, I found out that I could not use the parking lot/garage of the accommodation, which was advertised as having its own parking lot, because it was full.

“Relaxing. No problems whatsoever. Could stay again if the elevator is repaired!”
Very good breakfast, also very good value. Clean, cosy, quite convenient for the Old Town and the Danube. Parking a bit sketchy, but doable without availing oneself of the hotel parking: 15€ in the hotel garage (which holds 5 cars) or in front at 7,5€. Nice staff. Nice rooms and public spaces. Sauna and spa in a very characteristic setting (my kids called it the “bat cave”).

“All in all very nice hotel, best staff if you come to relax or for a holiday. For work stays not the best really.”
Best location, directly at the water and the cathedral. Walking distance towards the old town and city center. Nice old building like in the photos. Sauna is very nice as well. All staff were amazingly friendly, always respectful. Best people there!

“Comfortable, quiet. Convenient to spend the night.”
The place is close to the city center. Clean and comfortable. A perfect place to spend the night. I’ve got a welcoming drink too. You can spend a few hours in the city. The views are amazing and you get an incredible view of the Danube confluence with Ilz and Inn rivers.

“Lovely hotel, comfortable but breakfast disappointing.”
Location was superb, right opposite a beautiful church and with lots of amenities on the doorstep. Manageable walk from station. Very large warm room and comfortable bed.

I use this hotel for a night to sleep while i was travelling in Europe ,conditions are ok,rooms are clean , service and staff are ok, even you got a bar to have a drink in the evening.I would recommend it.
