Overview

“Our stay was easy, comfortable and just what we needed”

We traveled with a baby and booked the accommodation that way. When we arrived it was extremely cold in the room and the bathroom. The heating was not turned on. By the time the room warmed up, it was already morning. It was very unpleasant. 😔

Loved it. There was an issue with a leak in the bathroom sink which was immediately addressed by giving us an upgraded room and a free drink at the bar. The staff really care about their guests which is highly commendable. Breakfast was excellent with good vegetarian options.

Loved the breakfast here. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Great bathroom. A bit of a walk to Old Town but definitely the place to stay in Passau if you want value for money with excellent facilities and service.

“What a find! Simply a brilliant little hotel.”
Simply everything. I had a problem on arrival as an irresponsible couple in the next room (with a communicating door) had left their small dog and gone out for dinner. It was howling. Reception quickly changed my room for me. One of the best breakfast buffets I've eaten from in Germany. I've seen poorer in 5* hotels. Excellent.

Everything was well above average related to the rate we paid. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of selection. Very convenient location - quite and peaceful, yet the city center is within a 10-minute walk so you can avoid all the hassle of looking for a parking space in the busy center. The way back is a bit steep though, take note! The staff at the reception and at breakfast were very friendly and welcoming (the cleaning staff - see below).
