“Just Perfect”

Cple of Aussies in their 70s 3 days. This was a perfect location on the river right in the Historic Center Passau. 3 min taxi to train. Close to boat. Owner allowed us to store bags from 11 until checkin which helped us tremendously. Appt was ground floor easy to access had everything even coffee pods. Very modern comfortable and clean. Fab coffee cake shop directly across road. Lotsa restaurants shopping all around. Easy walking. Had a great time there and so glad we made time to visit.

Fabulous location close to the old town area and the river.

I would like to clarify the situation with these apartments. Everything that is written in the advertisement does not correspond to reality. We arrived at the apartment by 15-00, but nothing was ready. There was dirt, garbage, dirty beds everywhere. We called the owner of the apartment, we were told that everything would be ready by 16-00!!!!, despite the fact that the check-in time in the Agreement is 15-00. We arrived at the apartment by 16-00, and again there was garbage, dirt everywhere, some dog was sitting on the bed, and no one was there. We were able to check in only at 16-20 o'clock. Everything was ruined for us, both the mood and our meeting with friends ... Also in the advertisement it is written that provides a parking space for an additional fee, and the owner wrote to us for what amount. We agreed with the price, but nevertheless, on the day of check-in, the owner of the apartments told us to park in a public parking lot. These apartments do not correspond to the stated price. In any nearby hotel, you will be given attention, they will help you with the solution of the difficulties that have arisen, help resolve misunderstandings. In these apartments, the owner did not even consider it necessary to call us and ask whether we had checked in, whether everything was in order. In the apartment, after checking in, we found dirt in the nightstands, garbage, the water in the sink for washing hands did not drain, the sink and the floor were dirty. We were disgusted to lie down on the bed, since we were not sure that after the dog, something had changed there. I do not advise renting these apartments if you do not want to ruin your vacation.

Location is perfect. The view of the Donau from all the windows is lovely, especially on a rainy day. The apartment itself is well appointed, plenty of towels, coffee, cooking utensils, etc. Getting in was really easy and fast. Everything is brand new inside, apart from the old, wooden vaulted ceilings. It was nicer than expected!

Great location in the old city centre, just 300m from nice (but of course paid) public garage. The apartment has a nice interior design and in hot summer it is nice inside thanks to the old massive walls. Although it is next to the road, the windows block the sound almost completely. Few coffee capsules were also nice treat.

The apartment is really stylish and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfy beds I've ever been in. Like sleeping in a cloud :)
