Not a bad place to stay to see Passau, despite the creaky floors. Large rooms, great little balcony for reading and listening to the birds. Only 20 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes from the Fortress . Thirty seconds and you are walking by the Danube.

“Fabulous find in Passau”

The first apartment we were allocated unfortunately didn't suit us as it was down a flight of stairs but the owner willingly moved us to a ground floor apartment. Very spacious, very bright, stylishly decorated and furnished by the owner herself. Large comfy beds. Everything was very clean. Towels white and fluffy. Well equipped kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. Amazing location. Incredible value. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

Good location and breakfast, however no choice of eggs and breakfast offer is a slightly elevated Continental style. Possibility to storing your luggage pre and post arrival. Also facilitate bicycle storage, although we did not utilise. Good Wi-fi.

Location, cleanliness, bike storage. Staff were nice in the Cafe to help with check in.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super, lovely rolls and cheese with cold meats fresh fruit salad, yoghurt. The coffee is very good.

The overall experience. Spotless, very close to the river, beautiful building and garden. The young lady, Lena, is such an attribute to the establishment. She even assisted me in getting me to tap and pay after losing my purse. She was really the only one that was prepared to assist.M

Our suite was in an older building with some lovely features, such as a bay window and wooden floors. Our location was perfect close to shopping and the river. Just a few steps from our door there was a cute coffee shop with seating inside and out.

Good accommodation for cyclists - there is a locked bike store across the road. The unit is large, the bed comfortable, the wifi OK, the kitchen well equipped and there plenty of hot water. Check-in was a little like a treasure hunt but all the instructions worked perfectly. The location is perfect - the unit is beside a set of stairs leading up from the Danube, right in the middle of the historic, cobbled altstadt and there's a great cafe in the same building. We stayed two nights and wished we had booked for longer.

Excellent Hotel with excellent breakfast, but heavy to carry your luggage up to the room.

“Lovely atmospheric rustic / modern room”

The style of the hotel room. (Suite 5) Very romantic / rustique with modern bathroom / shower / kitchenette. Good matress, lovely view. Loved the bell chimes from the church nearby, in the morning that gave a relaxed holiday feeling, waking up. It didnt sound very loud in the suite we had. And we had windows and balcony open during the night. It wasnt warm in the rooms though. Just a personal preff to sleep with the windows open if not cold outside.
