“An excellent stay in a prime location, with everything we needed just steps away”
Fantastic stay in an unbeatable location! The apartment is just a short walk from the Dreiflüsseeck, making it easy to explore the city. Restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and shops are all right around the corner. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Would definitely stay here again!

“Modern and well equipped, but with downsides”
The view from the balcony is nice and the apartment is modern and well equipped. Kitchen and bathroom are both really good.. The garage is very useful and comes with a good price. The location is ok, not far from the centre of Passau.

“Wonderful apartment with everything you need for comfortable stay”
Great location, easy to get to on the bus. Roomy apartment with all facilities you need. My wife loved having a bath after a long day sightseeing. Hosts were very helpful and responsive

Small but very nice apartment located a few steps from the city center which can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and well furnished. There is everything you need to prepare your own meals. Small but much appreciated things that are not always found, the owners leave a supply of towels, sheets available to customers but above all soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, sugar and much more are available. The welcome cocktail is also a pleasant surprise. Super)
