“It was lovely. We enjoyed the stay.”
Lovely room in the heart of old town Passau. Very nicely furnished, cozy and warm. The kitchen is big enough for having breakfast and cooking smaller meals. There also are good restaurants and cocktail bars in the close area.

Peter the owner was very helpful and allowed a later check out which we really appreciated. He was always very available to help out with any problems and response quickly.

“High quality, well-planned place with a great location for a relaxed stay.”
Traditional building but the rooms were recently renovated into a modern take and helpfully on the ground floor. Excellent use of space and very well planned layout. Compact but all the right facilities. Excellent on cleanliness and quality of towels and bedding. Great location for visitors in the old town area. Friendly bar just across the road and close to many restaurants.

“Superb”
The location was perfect for us, the room was cool and quirky, plenty of space for myself, my husband and our 9 year old. We could easily stroll to the rivers and lose ourselves down cobbled alleyways. The washing machine and tumble dryer, located in the cellar, were particularly helpful as we travelled light during a heatwave!

Great central location in the old town. very comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone. Within walking distance of everywhere including the train station but only €8 in taxi if you don’t want to walk it. will hopefully come back some day👏👏

“A super apartment is right in the heart of the Alstadt and a great place to stay in Passau.”
The location is perfect, very close to everything in the Altstadt. We could walk out and be in the middle of everything as well as a short walk to the main shops in town. We parked the car at Romerplatz Parking which was very close by for 12 Euros per day. The apartment was lovely, clean and tidy and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Having a kitchen available was brilliant, and the coffee machine was an added bonus. A well stocked Edeka just 100 metres up the street had everything we needed for breakfast at the apartment before venturing out for the day. The apartment !mentioned having a washing machine and dryer but we couldn't find it (didn't need it however). We could have done with a couple more pillows. Communication with Peter was also excellent, we would love to come back. A warning, watch out for banging your knees on the corner of the bed. :)
