Very good location, and free parking on Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Modernised building and well maintained common spaces.

“Room not cleaned”

Look like,they forgot to clean the room. We opened the door and the bed we found,how the previous guest used.. The floor was dirty, something in the garbage. We booked only for 1 night, i tried to call the phone number, but it was just an AI assistent. She said, somebody will help to us next day(!!!) Nobody(!)were available.. what is if something serious happening? We found bedsheets in one of the wardrobe, so we made the bed, and cleaned up bit tidy. Just ,because we slept 1 night there... but after this,for me everything was really uncomfortable. This is really unacceptable. How can this happened?

I didn’t have the chance to get into my room as I didn’t receive any code for that so I paid for nothing .

No one to greet you didn’t like sharing bathroom and kitchen with other guests as was there with family and wasn’t ideal. no air conditioning and loft rooms were hot.

I like the price, location is perfect but me and my family didn't have the time to check the city, we just want to rest from long journey because on the next day again we travel 16 hours!

“Really good but with some hitches”

The location was really good. The facilities in general are good, but with a few exceptions.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Nobody will expect you at the property, they will give you some codes to entry the property. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children(4 and 7) with 1 double bed, a sofa and a single bed. When we arrived, surprise, we had a room with 1 double bed. The room than we booked was occupied by someonelse. Because bathroom and kitchen are shared, in the same area there was another room where there was a family with 2 small kids and they had same problem like us. Their door didn't worked properly, it wasn't closing. The problem is that the owner don't answer the phone straight away, we manage to get in touch after 3hrs. And he said it was a mistake and he asked me to change that double room with the one where was the other family with 2 kids that were sleepin. He wanted us to change the sheets between the rooms after we had to convince that family to change the rooms. That was so embarrasing. In the end, he managed to give us 2 rooms, but, one was at ground floor and the other one at the 2nd floor. In the end, yes, clean rooms. But, you better book a hotel at the same price, rather than have surprise at the property. There is no car parking available, and you need to be very lucky to get a parking space available in that area, near the property.

We had three dogs. One of which has to be carried. It was on the top top floor.. codes to the inside door to the last flight of stairs didn't work. . Too hot. Pillow were old and smelled terrible.. we would not have booked if we'd know about the stairs woth the animals. Not good for pets!
